Yogi & Boo garment manufacturing handles all pattern making, grading and marker creation using the very latest CAD programs.
We accept Gerber & .DXF files if clients wish to provide their own CAD patterns.
We have a dedicated sampling room to expedite fit samples and salesman samples for all your trade show & selling needs. We have a strong understanding of all the major selling seasons for both the Northern (North America & Europe) and Southern Hemisphere (Australia, S Africa and S America) seasons.
Once samples are completed we accept bulk production orders that vary between 500-11000pcs per order and outline all the critical milestones we aim to acieve for the client.
We source most of our fabric locally within Indonesia and have our own importing license so we can import Carvico from Italy and other fabrics from China and the United States.
Yogi & Boo manufactures a variety of items that ranges from kids wear, swimwear, cover ups, kaftans, resort wear, menswear and even branching into petwear along with some homewares. Our company will source all the fabric, accesories and embelishments required within the production brief. We take the guess work, sourcing and stress out of the clothing production process for the client.
All our production is packed using Bio-degradable plastic packaging and we were the pioneer in Indonesia to do so.
We are a western minded company, we will tell you if something is possible or not in an upfront, matter of fact dialogue. If we believe something is not possible with the lead time or our production ability we will not lead you along. We understand that a lot of Indonesians companies only say “Yes” to everything to save face as this is part of the culture. We can’t think of anything worse then getting ourselves and our clients into a costly predicament.
