- All staff are paid above award wages, and only work 8am to 5pm, Monday to Friday. They also do not work Public Holidays.
- We engage in sustainable practices to minimise waste at all costs. Using cutting edge technology we are precise in our fabric usage estimates and any fabric offcuts are donated to local women to reuse to make other goods.
- We donate regularly to BAWA (Bali Animal Welfare Agency www.bawabali.com) and Metta Mama & Magha foundation (www.baliorphans.org).
- We are active sponsors of 5 underprivileged women in R.O.L.E Bali - an organisation who empower marginalized women through skills education, as a means to develop sustainable communities in Indonesia http://baliwise.org/
- We are monthly sponsors in the World Widelife Fund (www.wwf.com) for fostering the rehabilitation of tigers. We are the biggest contributor and donator to our local Banjar community centre.
- Our staff have been provided with cotton tote bags and drink bottles, to discourage the unnecessary use of one use plastic bottles & bags in the factory.
- We have natural lighting in the factory, generous lunch areas, water coolers, tea & coffee stations, clean Western toilets, & employ full time cleaners to keep things pristine.

- We participated in the Tax Amnesty Program in Indonesia to ensure we are compliant with recently changed tax regulations and have no tax debt owed to the government.
- We legally own our business & premises in our own name. Many foreign operated factories in Bali are unable to be owned by the foreign owner, due to legislative restrictions.
